To open your chatbot on a web page, just click on Open chatbot in the top right corner of the screen.

The chatbot in web format will open in a new tab.

Test the FAQ logic

Once the chatbot is open, click FAQ and browse through it to see if the whole logic works.

You should be able to access your Wifi, Contact and PC resources in two clicks and go back using the Back and Menu buttons.

Test the NLU

Still in the NLU, type questions on the three topics you have set up.

The chatbot should answer correctly.

Check if the action skill sends an email

Return to the Menu and launch the Ticket skill.

Answer the questions and validate the creation of the ticket.

Then check your email inbox to see if you have received the email.
