To edit the skill click on the small pen in front of the Intro skill.

Choose the type of skill Scenario

Add a resource: this is the message the chatbot will write and the response options it will offer.ย 

Name this resource Intro

Edit the resource by clicking on the small pen.

On the right side of your screen write the first message that the chatbot will write.ย 

You can copy/paste the following message if you are a bit lazy ๐Ÿ˜„

Hi, I'm the new chatbot from [insert your company here].
I can answer some of your questions about our internal tools and I can forward your support request to our team.ย

We will propose to the user to click on a button to continue.
To do this, activate the Enable Suggested Responses option.

Add two buttons and name the FAQ and Ticket. This is what you should see on the right side of your screen.

To connect the FAQ button with the FAQ skill, click Add logic and choose the FAQ feature.

Repeat the operation with the Ticket button.
