This applies to all the actions below. To apply a style then it is necessary to select the word or phrase you wish to style, as shown below.

Bold text

click on the big B

keyboard shortcut: ctrl + b

Italicize text

click on the big I

keyboard shortcut: ctrl + i

Underline a text

click on the big U

keyboard shortcut: ctrl + u

Add a title (larger text)

H1 = title 1

H2 = title 2

H3 = title 3

Add a smart list

click on the smart list icon

or just hit the dash on the 6.

Add a numbered list

click on the numbered list icon

or type "1."

Change the text color

Click on the pipette with the white background

Choose the colour that suits you and then click next to it.

Highlight a text

Click on the pipette with the colored background

Choose the colour that suits you and then click next to it.

Cancel my changes

Click on the wheel that goes to the left

Reinstate my changes

Click on the wheel that goes to the left

Customize text via HTML code

Click on the icon that looks like this " >_ "

Overwrite the style of a text (especially for copy/paste)

Click on the icon that looks like this "Tx". Especially handy in case of copy/paste.
