In many cases you already have expressions (questions) available in an Excel or Word file.

You will indeed start from a setup document (in Excel). Or at least you will export queries from your ITSM tool or any other tool.

In short it doesn't matter. Before you had to train your NLU by typing the queries one by one 😭😭😭😭😭

But that was before.

All right, enough joking around, let's see how we do it.

So let's say you have an Excel spreadsheet with NLU queries that you want to import en masse, something like this 👇👇

All you have to do is:

  1. copy these cells (with the famous ctrl+c / or cmd+c for the mac fans),

  2. to go to Vizir > NLU to choose the right intention

  3. to type paste, i.e. ctrl+v or cmd+v in the bar provided for this purpose

Here's what should happen:

Et voilà !

Thank you Team 🧡🧡🧡
