Your chatbot is available on Teams, Hangout or any other internal instant messenger.

It is for internal use and you want to lock access to it.

By default, all chatbots are publicly available on the internet via their unique URL.

If it's difficult for an average person to find your chatbot without having the URL, we offer you a bulletproof solution to make sure no one can access it, ever.

It's as simple as that 👇👇

  1. go to Share

  2. in the "Web Bot" box, disable the "Web Access Enabled" option

  3. click on Publish

If you open the chatbot as a URL you will get a blank page.

We are currently working hard to make this error page a little bit nicer.
